PRAYERS OF THE WEEK:
For Our Students
This week we started a new series called "Like Glue" - which focuses on how to have healthy, thriving, biblically relationships. Each week we are focusing on a different trait of relationship; this week we talked about love. We’ve probably all heard someone say, “I love him, but I don’t like him right now.” In that attitude, we treat love as some sort of concept we are required to embrace—especially with relatives—but there are no concrete, day-to-day expressions of love. Yet the starting point for any strong relationship is love—love that is expressed in both attitudes and actions. Jesus modeled this kind of love for us, and calls us to do the same. Let love overflow into every relationship. Pray that our students will see the intentional ways they can love those around them - that they will be known as people who love, and love well. Pray that they will love selflessly and sacrificially.
For Our Ministry
Pray that student-leader
relationships would grow as they do life together to mature in and for the
glory of Christ.
PRAYER REQUESTS FROM OUR STUDENTS:
- Strength to talk to more people about God. Confidence that God will take care of me.
- That my mom gets a job
- That my autoimmune meds keep working so I can live life not tired all the time.
- I want to be closer to God and think I need help.
STUDENTS IN OUR MINISTRY:
