Welcome! You have been invited to follow this blog by either a student or leader of Salem First Baptist's Student Ministries. We are so glad you are here! It has been on our heart to have God move through our students in a big way, and we know that the main way to get that done is by having a body of believers praying for us constantly. Our goal with this blog is to keep you informed and up-to-date on prayer requests we have within our ministry, whether they be from an individual student or from the group as a whole. We want to thank you for your willingness to pray for us and the work God is already doing within the lives of our students.

PRAYERS OF THE WEEK:
For Our Student
We took a week off from Thrive and Fusion for Spring Break. Pray that students would feel real rest this week. Pray for the decisions they make when they have so much free time. We also took this week as an opportunity to have some informal hang outs, pray that as students and leaders come together that the bonds between them would strength, and the Lord would use this time just as much as we see Him working on Tuesday nights. Pray over the conversations that happen there. As we lead in to Easter, pray for those who do not yet know the Lord as their personal Savior. Pray they would come to church Sunday and here the good news that He offers! Pray for soft hearts and an understanding of His word.

For Our Ministry
Pray that the Gospel is proclaimed boldly, clearly, and often. Pray that the good news of God’s grace would be received and trusted. Pray for revival to come to Fusion and Thrive.

PRAYER REQUESTS FROM OUR STUDENTS:
 - That my brother would come back to God.
- I’ve made some bad decisions lately and I’ve missed youth group for the last few months. I’ve hurt some people and I’ve been hurt and I’ve been really sad. Please pray for me to focus on God and the important things in life and not try to wear a mask or make my own happiness.
- Trying to keep up with homework but also keeping in touch with God. Being able to bring others to God. Being more connected to God.
- Be joyful, be strong through temptation, know how to help people in my life, know when to help them, know when they call and help lift them up again.

STUDENTS IN OUR MINISTRY:
Please take a moment to pray for these students individually. Pray over their week, family life, friendships, and character.
