Welcome! You have been invited to follow this blog by either a student or leader of Salem First Baptist's Student Ministries. We are so glad you are here! It has been on our heart to have God move through our students in a big way, and we know that the main way to get that done is by having a body of believers praying for us constantly. Our goal with this blog is to keep you informed and up-to-date on prayer requests we have within our ministry, whether they be from an individual student or from the group as a whole. We want to thank you for your willingness to pray for us and the work God is already doing within the lives of our students.

PRAYERS OF THE WEEK:
For Our Student

We ended our series "Winsome" this week. During this series we saw multiple students come to know Christ as their personal Savior! Pray that as these new believers embark on their journey of faith, that they will still come to Thrive and Fusion to learn and grow. Pray that as they delve into the Word, that God would give them understanding and wisdom. Pray also over our next series, which is on prayer.

For Our Ministry
Pray for Fusion as the leave today taking a group of 41 students to Camp Harlow for their Spring Retreat! Pray that the students would be receptive to the Holy Spirit's leading in their lives, and that the leaders are given extra amounts of strength and rest.

PRAYER REQUESTS FROM OUR STUDENTS:
- I have some anxiety about working at camp this summer and I’m finding it hard to trust God. My relationship with my family isn’t the greatest.
- Guidance with my mom. Lead more people to God. Help me understand what I need to do in my life.
- Pray that I can continue to accept Christ into my life. He feels so close but I know my doubts and lack of trust are keeping me from Him. Pray that I may trust Him and cast away my doubts. Also that I can lead others to God.
 - I’m having trouble giving up control over my life and surrendering to my Heavenly Father, even though I know His way is better. If you could pray for me that would be great.

- Courage, Wisdom, Confidence, Love, a better relationship with God and others, obedience. Praise – my relationship with God is growing and I am reading my Bible more.

STUDENTS IN OUR MINISTRY:
Please take a moment to pray for these students individually. Pray over their week, family life, friendships, and character.
